How billing & the 12-month agreement work

Simple monthly billing

You pay the same amount every month — no large upfront cost. We schedule your visits across the year so the work lands when the season calls for it.

The 12-month commitment

You commit to 12 monthly payments; we commit to your full year of visits at locked member pricing. Cancel before 12 months and the remaining payments are due — we've reserved your spots and routed our season around you. Reschedule any individual visit free, anytime.

What does the 12-month agreement mean?

You're billed month-to-month — no large payment upfront. The agreement means we schedule your services for the full year. If you cancel before 12 months, the remaining monthly payments are owed.

Do I need to be home for service?

For almost everything, no. All Essential and Complete services are 100% exterior — go about your day and we'll take care of it. The one exception is interior window cleaning (included in Premier); for that portion we'll arrange a time that works for you.

How does the storm check-in work?

After a major storm, call or text us and we'll add a ground-level roof & gutter check to your next scheduled visit — included up to 1×/year on Complete and 2×/year on Premier. Just reach out to trigger it; it isn't auto-dispatched. Need a dedicated same-week trip instead? Members get it at a discounted rate.

Can I customize or change my plan?

Yes. Use the Build Your Own Plan tool above to price a custom mix of services, or contact us after signing up to adjust frequency or add services to your plan.

How is the Custom Plan price calculated?

Each service is priced by the unit that drives the cost — square footage for roof and house, stories for gutters, pane count for windows, driveway size for pressure washing. We apply a 5% plan discount and divide the total across 12 monthly payments. Custom plans start at $59/mo.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

Just call or text us. We'll find a time that works — no fees, no hassle.
